The Town of North Canaan provides online access to land records through RecordHub, allowing residents, attorneys, and researchers to conveniently search recorded documents from anywhere.

To search land records online, please visit:

Free access allows users to search and review basic information about recorded documents.
With free access, users can:
- Search by name, book and page, document number, or date
- View index information for recorded documents

Paid Subscription Access
Subscription access is available for users who require full document access and advanced research capabilities.
With a paid subscription, users may:
- View full document images
- Download documents
- Print copies for research purposes
- Access enhanced search features (if applicable)
Subscription accounts are commonly used by attorneys, title searchers, real estate professionals, and researchers who need frequent access.
How to Set Up an Account
To create an account:
