Northwest Resource Recovery Authority

 The Northwest Resource Recovery Authority (NRRA) is a regional organization representing member municipalities in northwest Connecticut. The Authority works cooperatively to oversee solid waste management and resource recovery services, helping communities address disposal, recycling, and environmental compliance needs in a cost-effective and responsible manner. NRRA meetings are open to the public and provide oversight of Authority operations, finances, contracts, and long-term planning.
